I have been a resident in Cass County and pastor of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Edwardsburg since July of 2006. Through a few of my parish members, I have learned of the good and important work of CASA. I am most impressed with the commitment of the volunteers and the training that they receive. Our youth today are challenged by so much that is hostile to their growth and development. CASA seems to offer a much-needed lifeline to at-risk youth in our community. I have some experience in community relations and resource development that I am happy to share with CASA as I join the board this Fall (2010).
